Upgrad looking at majority stake in Udacity

Hmm, Ronnie Screwvala's Upgrad (I nearly read that last name as Screwya'all) is looking for a controlling stake of Udacity. There are mostly positive points (hopefully) to come out of this, but then there are the reviews on Upgrad that make me think of the mostly negative points.

If you're in a Udacity degree option for GT OMCS, get it done... before changes are being made to the program after acquisition! I am hopeful that Upgrad doesn't screw Udacity over (or their students). Looking forward to reading more on what may become of this...
