McDonalds Hamburger U - ACE Reviewed Credits
#1
Excelsior enters agreement to accept 'Hamburger University' credits - The Business Review (Albany):

I picked this up from another forum and wanted to pass it on to anyone who may be interested........It seems that EC/TESC/COSC will be accepting ACE Reviewed credit from McDonalds Hamburger U.

According to the article, "Those students will be able to earn up to 46 credits from HU which can be applied toward a bachelor or associate degree at Excelsior."

I checked already and sure enough it's valid. I don't know exactly where these credits would end up but that's 46 potential electives at the very least.

Hamburger U appears to be a management focused learning institution for "restaurant managers, mid-managers and owner/operators." It has a brick and mortar presence, and has college credit recommendations from ACE: Hamburger University

That is kinda funny? I have always been told if you wanted to own a McD's you had to already be worth $1 million to apply for a resturant. 500k in cash assets/500k in other assets. Every owner of a McD's has to attend this place. I am sure others attend too though.

Hamburger U is by my house. It looks like a mcdonald's, but I suppose has conference and meeting rooms inside. It is however a few doors down from a McDonald's Restaurant. Accepting credits sounds funny, but I guess they do some intense business courses there.
.
Not every millionaire has a college degree.
