Algebrator worked great once I downloaded the proper version. Along w/the QuickMath website and Mathopenref.com for angles + WebMath, I have completed 74% of Alek's, from what I understand from previous posts, that is enough for the course. It took me 4 days of cramming, night and day, w/a few play breaks w/my kids. I never could have done it w/out any of the sites listed above. For me, algebrator was well worth the money, it saved me so much time I still can't believe how well it worked for me. To all who mentioned Alek's and algebrator, I can't thank you enough. I only hope 74% in the blue is enough to complete the course.

No, I'm VERY MUCH a student. I just like that new user name because it signifies what I'd like to become and it helps me stay focused on that goal. New year, new me -- or at least, new name. ;-)
