Who's done the Master's of Science, Leadership and Management degree from WGU? How difficult is it? Is it doable to finish in one term?

See my earlier reply to your question about the MBA. They are roughly equivalent in challenge level for the same type of reasons. The MSML is different than the MBA, but it is not easier. The MSML leans a bit towards more papers and fewer exams, so that will add a little more time either way. In any case, the answer is the same in both questions. Yes, any degree at WGU (aside from maybe the education degrees that require hands on teaching experience) can technically be completed in a single term. But the likelihood of doing so is low unless you're coming into the degree with a lot of prior knowledge and you have a ton of free time on your hands to dedicate to study.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

I'm loving the MSML program. I did my first course in 48 hours. Then months for the second and third.... I didn't even start them. Covid, procrastination, etc. Now that I've started my second and third I'll have them done in about two weeks. I have about 25 years of management and leadership experience.
