You really want to investigate all the community college options available to you, if you're certain that classes geared for the non-science majors would do, then take those classes instead. Otherwise, I would be on the safe side and take the classes geared for the science majors, just to make sure they come through properly to the institution you want to go to... Ask the admissions for the UFL program and make sure they're looking for classes for science majors, especially since you're going into a science based masters!
