Another option would be the TECEP:

TECEP Exams are $99 for everyone, enrolled or not, and Thomas Edison is regionally accredited.
I do not have links right now, but I have found that Financial and Managerial Accounting courses are quite common at community colleges and universities that have business-related courses. If you would prefer a course to an exam, you could look into community colleges and universities near you or online.
