If you’re being charged that $400 fee then it’s a glitch. Don’t pay it. Chat with support on Monday and let them know your situation. They should fix it in less than a week!

If the person took the wrong CIS 194 course, it's no glitch.  It's an odd situation that three or four courses have the same number but a different description.  They could complain about the $400 when it should be free, beg forgiveness of the charges, pay $400, or take the correct cheap course but time is really short.
