I was in a similar spot to you, in my 30s and felt like my career had stopped advancing due to lack of degree. I started my journey in 2021 and haven't looked back, now I am on my way to a Ph.D. this fall.
If you want to start with the MBA from ENEB (if you can) go for it, but the BA will give you a great base for everything else.
