Of the two options, definitely the van. I know many people enjoy it but just do not see the appeal of city life.

I'm not sure why anyone would choose to live like this as an adult. Also, the money he saves by living in a...room...means he has to spend a fortune eating out.
Sharing a bathroom with a bunch of randos. Gross.

He recently did a video on the bathrooms, they're as depressing as you'd expect https://youtu.be/FZ4GCMgVoI0?t=175
The newer ones are a huge improvement but still wouldn't ever wanna live in this type of space https://youtu.be/FZ4GCMgVoI0?t=451

I could maybe do a 150 sq ft apt with a private bathroom for that price.

I think he needs a tetanus shot from touching anything in that place. What a hole! The landlord should be paying him $385 a month to live there. How is this building up to code? Only in NYC.

How disgusting. And, aside from not being able to wash your hands, having to live off of bottled water would be annoying.

Lol, he came up in my YouTube recommendations and I saw him throwing $100 in free money outside his apartment. No one in NY cared and kept walking by.
