Why are ECE exams so expensive, do they come with additional study materials or some special features?

gosh darn, i knew i should have registered for them all at once.
ece exams do not come with any additional study materials or special features but i think a chunk of it goes to the pearsonvue learning center since they fingerprint and photograph you.

All exams and courses went up, I believe by 5.8%. I received a letter from the Dean indicating this increase.
