Completed the Developing effective teams by Sophia and earned my first new credit after discovering this forum. It took less than 3 hours. I have been doing the Intro to World Religions on IC with the intention of taking the DSST. Is that the best way for that course or any better idea? I would like to get the Eng Comp II and Oral Comm done as it is needed for BALS and BSBA. What would be the easiest way to get those two done?

Thank you for the valuable info. I was trying to avoid the CLEP Composition since that is actually meant for Comp 1 and 2 and I actually have the Comp 1 from CC. DSST Principles of Adv Eng Comp sounds like a great idea especially being multiple choice.

Eng Comp II is also available via Study.com, SL, TECEP, and more.
But, if you're going to go take a DSST, then Public Speaking can be done that way too - do them both on the same day.

Both Study.com courses that were previously approved for the Oral Comm requirement have been taken off the list, so don't use Study.com for that.
Instead, there's a DSST, TECEP (Technical Comm), Davar, PF, Coopersmith

Thank you all so much for your suggestions and support. I am not very fast at this but I will keep working on it and continue to ask your course suggestions as I get some done.

Hello all, I also completed Cyber security 101 from Teex. If I get credit for everything I did over the years, it should be a total of 46 credits. I like to get the BOG AAS done as soon as possoble. I do have Eng Comp 1 so just need a communication course and a Science course to meet their requirements plus 8 more of any easy courses which can be also used for a BALS. Would you please help me with these remaining courses (which course/Provider) to obtain the BOG AAS fast?

Edit Reason: reading comprehension
)
The other two TEEX course will be another 4. NFA would be 1 more. Sophia Conflict Resolution would be another.

Also, if you like chemistry, Pierpont gives 8 credits for the CLEP:

As far as a communications course, Pierpont took my Tech Writing DSST for the 2nd one.

Thank you for the response. I am not really good at Science especially Chemistry but I will try for it by taking the class through Modern States. 8 credits would be great. They took Tech writing DSST for the Speech part of communications? Was that a easy or hard DSST to do?

The requirement is 6 credits in English OR Communications (which is why the Tech Writing DSST counted). I took the test cold and cut a 440. If you have a firm grasp on the English language and have worked in a business environment for a decent amount of time, it should be fairly easy.
