It's strange that HRM-299 was put into GE Electives. They've never gone there before, and shouldn't go there for any degree. It may be a mistake, in which case it would be caught and changed at some point (either an eval or graduation audit).
They may have it as some sort of PSY course though (like Org Behavior), in which case I wish they would give it a PSY course equivalency.

I can confirm that HRM-299 should not work in GenEds. You may be able to use in the BSBA HR, but aside from that it should only fit into free electives. If it was placed in GenEds, it will be found and removed during the graduation audit.
Heck, in my evaluation, HRM-299 was placed in my "other credits" section, not even in free electives, even though I have a free elective spot open. However, this was because I already have over 117 credits. Apparently advising tries to avoid planning more credits than necessary to graduate, so they just reduced the free elective credit requirement instead.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Maybe with a business degree, these would fall into another area. To my surprise, they could be used, and other classes could be removed for use in another degree if I need them later.

All I'm saying is that it may be a mistake. But with it being 1cr, I guess it's not that big of a deal.

I will be having a review soon before the issuing of this degree and I will know for sure then.
