Seems like they'll be adding another one relatively soon, in addition to this PennWest. Here are two snippets:

Three other state system schools are being consolidated: Bloomsburg , Mansfield, and Lock Haven universities. The new name for that group will be presented later when a market analysis is complete, system officials said.

The combined group of Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield will offer an array of non-degree programs serving nontraditional students to meet workforce needs of that region as part of its enrollment growth plan.

Yep, one of those is my Alma Mater and close to my hometown. I am thinking of getting some more Edinboro gear and finally getting a frame for my diploma. Kinda sad to see the Fighting Scots retire. “Pennsylvania Western Univeristy” is so bland.
