The MAOL is a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. It's a graduate degree.

That's correct, you're just taking the classes at the undergraduate level in preparation for graduate school. These 4 classes are the only ones that transfer from a Bachelors to Masters program in case you want to get the MAOL next.
