There may be some online universities that partner with UK/US agencies or institutions that offer online degrees. You should be more detailed in what degrees you're looking at/for. Mexico and other nations in South America may have online degrees entirely in English, depending on the subject matter though...

You can spend some time going through various Argentine universities here and see what you find.

While I can't definitively say a deal priced in ARS doesn't exist, when you combine 100% online and English, every program I've looked into anywhere in the world (South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Mexico) is priced in USD and/or EUR.

Argentine here.
The prices are all given privately, as the currency changes weekly/daily. You will pay in USD though, not in ARS, as that is only for citizens. It will be cheaper than most places, but keep in mind that administrative work in Argentina is a lot, it won't be easy for you to get your HS diploma or bachelor's in the argentinian system. The system isn't straightforward.
Also, most programs, except some that will be as priced as European ones, will be in Spanish.
Also, bachelor degrees in Argentina are usually 6 years, as they are licenciaturas. I went to the US for college, and now working through a few online masters (thanks degreeforum) because I worked all my way in college and got to save a lot of money, but if I didnt have any money, I would study in Argentina as it is cheaper than most countries.
I would try the University of Palermo, I have a friend from Venezuela studying there and I think she pays $150-300 a month, I can't remember at the time.

Yes, the price is not listed, you should send them a message through the form:

For comparison, in order to check a country with a high inflation, I asked for the brochure for the MBA from IESA (Venezuela):
Price: USD$ 550 per course, but there are 29 courses in the program.

$16,000 is a bit much for a relatively unknown degree from Venezuela.
Is HAU still offering their promo, by chance?

For MAOL, UMPI is your best option. I think HAU is still offering that scholarship, I would highly advise people looking for the MBA to go with them... or WGU MBA/MSML are perfect alternatives for those who are here in the US.
