Leave of Absence to Per Credit Tuition!

I was wondering if you take a leave of absence from TESC, is it possible to return utilizing the per credit tuition option. I am trying to decide if the LOA was a good option or just take TECEPS to complete my degree. Any suggestions, PLEASE.
