Any idea if Bakersfield College's Latin American History would qualify for TESU's Non-Western Civilzation? Here's the description:

Historical survey of the social, economic and political development of Latin America, including the formation of preColumbian civilization through establishments of the Spanish and Portuguese colonial systems to nation building of the modern era. Examines the impact of the United States’ foreign policy on the development of Latin America.
