I am an English as a Second Language (ESL) in Orlando, Florida and love every moment of it even though it is not what I had intended to do when I was in college. Does anyone know of the cheapest and regionally accredited online college or university where I can complete a TESOL/TEFL/ESL or equivalent certificate? Based on my research, it is probably the American College of Education (about $4,500) but I want to know if anyone has a different opinion.

If I recall correctly Portland State University has a TESOL program, but I can't remember if it's a MA or a certificate program. Portland Community College may also have a program. I don't know the costs of either of these though.
