Kinesiology
#1
I'm taking a kinesiology class and I was wondering if anybody here has any good sites or textbooks to recommend? The required text for class is called "Kinesiology of the Musculoskeletal System, Foundations for Rehabilitation" but it's hard to understand.
Thanks.
