While in the middle of a graded exam on StraighterLine, their Moodle platform was being upgraded so I got this:

doesn't SL uses ProctorU ?

did the person monitoring your test see the message ?

Contact SL and tell them what happened. If you were only partially through they can reset the test.

Probably won't be an issue if you contact customer service. Otherwise, that's a bummer, but it's kinda funny too lol.

SL uses ProctorU for only their final exam, and what I was taking is a graded 25 question exam.

I've had to have them do this before for a different problem with another course and I know they will reset it, but I don't want to do it again and save time. At this point my grade is still passing so I'm going to take the final and finish the course! Big Grin
