Let me expand my original answer here for a moment just to clarify for anyone who may be looking to take their FIRST exam that may also take the LEAST amount of prep time.
IMO that would be the CLEP Sociology exam. The NS exam was the least amount of prep for me BECAUSE I had just studied my ass off to take the Biology exam. If you have BIO down then it would not take much more prep to learn the other half of the NS exam. OK, all of you get back to work!!

Right now it's Intro to Educational Psychology for me... it's 11:30 at night and I have a 9:30am exam. Why I picked Halloween to take these (I'm takeing intro to Psychology at 11:30 as well) is beyond me.
Why do today what you can put off until tomorrow right???
