Is there any way to enrol into the WGU MBA program as an international student?

I have done research for WGU in Reddit few months ago.

WGU does not have validate whether or not your provided US social security number is true. Some bunch of guys from Reddit apparently is not residing in the US. They chose the following way to pursue WGU:

• Use a random social security number
  
• Use a mail address in the US. That mail address can be your friends or relatives in the US. Or it can be a mail forwarding company's post address. Then, the company will forward the stuff to you.
  
• Use a US phone number. You can do that with Google Voice or similar service. Very cheap.
  
• Your country should have some kind of proctor center, if the course requires, such as Comptia exams. In the past, there are WGU students that go to travel or work in non-US country. They use these foreign proctor centers to take exams. These are quite easy to find.
