How do I put this...
If you can answer the majority of the flashcards, then yes. However, it might be really slow going, as you're just learning facts and not overall concepts. It might be better to do some general studying before doing the flashcards, it'll actually save you time. Free-clep-prep.com has excellent suggestions on what to study for each test.

I just signed up for IC about two weeks ago. Last wednesday I took and passed Intro to business with a 437. Today, I took and passed Business ethics with a 442. All I used was IC and took the practice test at the dsst website. I tried to understand the reasoning of the test against answers that I thought was right. On a 50 question practice test I only scored 30 right. But hey, I earned 6 credits in 8 days. If I can keep my mental fortitude I plan on taking Human Resource Management either thursday or friday next week. Good luck to you!

The flashcards are good enough to pass the easier exams, but it all depends on your background. I pretty much only used the flashcards for Intro to Computing, Educational Psychology, Intro to Sociology, Fundamentals of Counseling, and I used the HG&D flashcards for Lifespan Developmental Psychology. I scored well on all of those.
