Ok...after weeks of doing my research online, I have the following plan to get my BA and hope I got everything right...
I want to get my BA from TESC(seems to be the cheapest and fastest way).
1. Paying the admission fee (75bucks for 6 months evaluation?) to
2. sending in Fema, CLEPS, DSST, ALEKS credits (which I can complete withing these 6 month)
after getting close to 120 credits
3. enroll at TESC
4. Getting my degree. :hurray:
My husband is active duty so I have easy access to base to do the tests. Is it correct that Mycaa(military spouse scholarship) will not pay for CLEPS or TESC fees(enrollment)?
Are there no hidden fees to get the degree? Just the enrollment fee and tech. service fee?
Are there any good FREE CLEP study guides? websites? anything?
Don't get me wrong. I am not cheap or anything like that. Just like the others here...simply broke.
I am glad to have found a way around the system. :reddevil:
I am originally from Europe(yes, where education is free and public) and as much as I love the U.S., I find it discouraging, stupid, and simply UNFAIR that we have to pay these ridiculous high fees(or join the military) for getting a better education!
It's a joke!
Anyway...
Thanks for your answers!
