Does anyone know if you can complete instacert courses including the proctored exam from outside the US,  had a look on the website and can’t see anything that says yes or no.  I know some online proctoring services aren’t usable outside the USA?

The course you can. Exam I do not see why not...if you have a good internet connection . You can always send an email and ask. They are really nice.

I'm in Canada and I've just completed my fourth Instantcert course, no problems. I had a couple of minor technical glitches along the way, one with proctoring and one with the site, both people were very helpful.
