Institutes went the way of the Kaplan PLA course, I don't think they'll be adding any badges into the Credly system.

You can email them and see if they will, if not, then the only option is to retake it from an inexpensive provider.

No reason really. Basically I just wanted to bank all my ACE credits. So it isn't too big of a deal that I'm out of luck at all. I just thought I'd ask here.

I had prior credits and was going to TESU. But my plans changed and I got my bachelors from a B&M college and used my prior CLEP, DSST, and CC credits to get it. But all my ACE credit went to waste. The good thing is most of my ACE credit was free or super cheap so not a huge loss.

I just wanted to all my ACE/NCCRS credit on a college transcript. And also have the possibly work towards a second degree at TESU someday. I am currently enrolled at TESU right now (took medical term tecep 10 months ago) but won't be in a couple months and I don't plan on taking a TECEP to stay enrolled. I can re enroll if I ever want to someday. So I just wanted send everything now to get it on a transcript while I'm still enrolled.

No big deal. It's not like the ethics course counted towards anything but free elective anyways.

You would be getting a 2nd degree, which would mean that your GE was taken care of , as well as your Free Electives.  You'd need 24 NEW credits, all earned in the Core/AoS, so anything earned prior to your 1st degree wouldn't work for those.  So, really, those credits wouldn't do much for you (you don't need ethics, and 2cr of UL doesn't so much for you in most instances).

Credly IS a credit-banking service, so getting them put on there rather than TESU (which costs way too much) would be fine.

Yeah good points. I guess it doesn't matter then. I still want get all the ACE I already have done sent to TESU for personal reasons. I mean I put in the work might as well get the credit. But in this case I'll just lose the 2 credits.

But I think all the other ACE I earned in the past is easy to transfer to TESU. All I have to do is set up a credly not sure how to do that but it can't be hard. Anyone have a link on how to do that?

I guess when I said credit banking I meant having it on official college transcript. Which also doesn't matter because I don't plan on staying enrolled at TESU once my enrollment expires. But the plan is if someday down the road if I ever want to do a second degree at TESU then I have the option to and assuming they will still have all my records and prior credit it won't even be too difficult.

The thing with putting everything on a TESU transcript is that if you disenroll, and then re-enroll later, you will have to resend everything - they won't keep everything on there for you.  So there's really no point in doing that part of it.

I would just go ahead and create your Credly transcript, and get all your credits put on there, and then it's waiting if you ever need it.

Wait really? So by unenrolling I don't just lose my catalog but I have to re send all my transcripts again too? What else do I lose by discontinuing my enrollment?

It's not always intuitive how to send your credits to Credly. Check out https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Ca...%26_Credly for instructions.

Those are the 2 things.  What else could you lose?  Those are the 2 most important things.
