Not true anymore. You can go back to UMPI for a second bachelor's degree after your BLS is conferred. See my signature.
That's great to know, thanks for clearing that out. I might go for BLS then, and not have to worry about missing out if they introduce YourPace CS degree next year.

Your BLS has to be conferred so you would have at least a 1 session break between finishing the BLS and then beginning the second bachelor's degree. I haven't heard anyone say there will be a CS degree in 2023. There are several degrees in the works but getting anyone to confirm anything is like pulling teeth. They probably don't to commit because they need to hire the staff and get the program through accreditation.
There's only 1 CS professor on campus. They just started their on campus CS program last year. It took quite awhile for it to fully roll out. There's a rotating course schedule for on campus so it will be interesting to see how a CS program would come to YourPace. UMPI would have to fully design the courses themselves instead of relying on Strut who developed most of the courses on the platform along with Brandman which is now UMass Global. UMass Global does have a BS in IT so UMPI could use that. Wouldn't be CS though. That's how UMPI added the Marketing and Supply Chain Management Concentrations last year. They had to hire faculty for those courses too.

@OP, you should finish answer or entering more details in regards to the last portion of the template, as it should indicate a clearer direction you may want to pursue, it all depends on your commitments, etc. Again, the template link: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works
You really need to decide on Excelsior, TESU, or UMPI for undergrad, they are your top choices due to max transfer of alternative credits and for the cost, ease, speed to finish the first degree. If you're looking for max credit transfer, Excelsior/TESU is my first choice. For a mix of cost, ease, speed to finish, if you've got the energy, time to get things done and have no commitments, UMPI would be my recommendation.
For second Bachelors, it's a tie between TESU/UMPI... TESU if you take 16 residency credits from them, it will only cost you an extra capstone and graduation fee for your second degree (if you can transfer all the remaining credits in later), it might even be a better idea just to finish the second degree at the same time. UMPI is a great option to get the BAS or BLS first, and come back for a BA or BABA.
If you're going for a BSBA or BABA, TESU has a slight advantage due to the programmatic/secondary accreditation. They have more options to select from for the AOS if you do decide to "have a more defined or refined area of study". At the end of the day though, it's still a BS in Business Administration any AOS you choose, it may grant you access to ACBSP or AACSB Masters later on...

Thank you again for all of your incredible help and support!
From your feedback, with my existing credits, it sounds like the only class I would need to take from study.com would be the biology course. It also looks like the cost for study.com will be $200 / month. So, would you say that their biology course will likely take a full month to complete by itself, or are there any other classes you might suggest taking at study to make the most of the $200 subscription?

@OP, nichulema - I think you quoted the wrong person, aleksa was just wanting to confirm getting a dual degree after the BLS. RachelAZ83 was the one referencing the Biology with Lab course.

It depends on the person and what courses you plan on taking. Most LL SDC courses can be finished in just a few days. The UL courses can take 1-2 weeks, depending on how fast you are able to write. You can see SDC equivalencies here: https://study.com/college/school/umpi.html When deciding which UL courses to transfer to UMPI, it's generally advised to skip any that require more than two assignments - UMPI's course should be faster, whatever it is. SDC courses that require 1 or 2 assignments vary depending on the assignments and the abilities of the student in question.
It's a good idea to make a list of possible courses before subscribing to SDC, then investigate them more closely (number and type of assignments) while you have the subscription for the Biology course.
As a side note, while 2 exams are included with your $200 SDC membership, you are able to purchase up to 3 additional exams for $70 each. So, in theory, you can take up to 5 exams in a single subscription month.

@OP, nichulema - You want to review my spreadsheet, it's a plan for UMPI BLS with a triple minor. The UMPI degree requires 6 in the minor, 8 upper level, and general education/electives. From your courses you listed, you require the exact same thing as this person! My template works for the both of you to the dot... Please review this link for more info/spreadsheet and also review the post #29 as well. Link: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid365771

Once you have an SDC membership, they do not permit you to use discount codes. At least, they do not release discount codes for current/former students. Only new ones.
