I took College Comp the first week of January and received my results the first week of February. TESC noted that they received my score the first week of February also, yet it still shows up as "PL" in my evaluation.
How long does the process actually take?

It took them 5 weeks to give me credit for a CLEP last year.... not the fastest way to do things... I'm sure it is probably a little bit quicker, but not much. Good luck.

If all else fails just give them a call on the "expressline" listed on your evaluation and they should have an answer for you. Since I asked about it, they credited my ALEKS course (ACE credit) only two weeks after it was completed (the day after I called). As long as you passed the test it should
almost be worth the wait! (almost...)
They've been really good about things over the phone so I'd say if it is over a month old you might want to call and they will most likely transfer you to the registrar's office (which closes earlier in the day). You can also email
registrar@tesc.edu and expect a response in a day or two.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

Thanks for the info! I have 5 other tests that haven't been brought in yet but I'm not worried about those at all. College Comp is needed from graduation for an AAS and the deadline for graduation is coming up.
Anyway, thanks!

If you need the test added for a graduation deadline you need to call. When I didn't call some test took 8-9 weeks from taking test until TESC posted the credit. When I needed credit processed quickly for graduation I called and it was on my transcript and I was approved for graduation in less then a week.
