IT certifications and Excelsior College - credit transfer guide?

Hello,

So I'm considering the BS in Cyber Security or the BS in Information Technology (with a focus on Cyber Security) at Excelsior College, mainly due to the number of credits they will accept as transfer credits, in particular from IT certifications.

The page showing which IT certifications (amongst others) that Excelsior College accepts, including the level of credit and the number of credits, I tried to link to here but it can be easily found on Google.

What I am unable to work out is what IT certs can be used as transfer credit to which Excelsior College courses. 

I've emailed EC and I'm awaiting a response, I've asked similar questions in the past and I got evasive answers. 

Has anyone used IT certs as transfer credit at EC? If so which certs transferred to which course? I'm wondering what the best approach is to find this information out, as I'd rather study for IT certs I'll find useful in my career and kill two birds with one stone.
