Yes, you just need two more courses for a total of 15cr. It doesn't matter whether you are doing 1 or 2 degrees. The CS and CIS combo is considered two degrees, not a double major.
Double majors must come from the same degree and the same school within TESU. For example, you could get a double major in CS and Math because they both Bachelor of Arts degrees from the Heavin School of Arts and Sciences. CIS is a BS from the School of Business and Management.
The difference is not terribly important, mainly that there is a limit of two bachelor's degrees in total from TESU and you would receive two diplomas, not one.
