Where do you live? (Which state?) Check your state's requirements for becoming a real estate assessor. I am in California and know that the state wants to see a certain number of credits in accounting in the applicant's degree program. Why accounting is required in CA, IDK. Anyhow, check your state requirements - if any for licensure.

Search for TECEP. There's a huge thread about it.

I don't think he said he registered for it or got his student ID number. Just that he applied and called to get it expedited.

For anyone who hasn't taken any business requirements or just took one or two of the prerequisites, I would highly take all the courses while you study for the TECEP.
For example, you can take the prerequisites at Straighterline while reviewing the required recommended text for the TECEP.
You'll learn the "requirements" and get to study for the text at the same time!
