Whew!
That was a close one...WARNING: It is a tough test! I scored a 51...My Army AARTS transcript does not tell me what the recommended passing score is, but it does say "Recommended credit: 3 Upper Level BACCALAUREATE", so I am assuming I passed...
Anyway, does anyone know what the passing score is for R&F of the USSR?
I take "History of Nazi Germany" today. All I have to do is PASS, then pay Excelsior $1100.00 and I will receive have my BA! Woo-Hoo!

Congratulations Soldierboy,
As anyone who has taken the Soviet Union exam will testify, it is definitely not a piece of cake. However, the passing score for USSR at Excelsior is 45©, 48(B), 54(A). So it looks like you not only passed, but passed with a 'B'. That's excellent!
Well done!
Best of luck on your Nazi Germany exam today. Let us know how it goes.

I would have to say the the USSR exam was a little bit more complex in nature (100 years to cover) while the Civil War exam covered the war itself plus several years pre/post totaling around 20 years or so. The meat of the exam itself is of course the war years (1861-1865) with a heavy emphasis on causes, the major battles, commanders/generals, political issues and reconstruction in general. GOOD LUCK!! How did the History of Nazi Germany exam go? Was it 3 essay questions taken on a pc? How difficult was it? I am also curious on the length of the essays. I would appreciate any feedback. I would like to take the exam but I really prefer multiple choice. I still have till the end of the month.
Thanks,
Bob
