Took this test today and feel confident that I passed. I used IC and the free Peterson's pdf to study. I feel that these two resources combined really prepared me for the exam. I have already completed Org Behavior and Labor Relations so I walked in with some knowledge and background. Some questions are common sense.
Know what the 4/5 rule is (which I didn't)
Railway Act
Mediators vs Arbitrators
Know the different evaluation methods inside and out
Delphi technique
