Idk if SL's calc would be much eaiser than asu calc. Ive seen posts that sl's calc isnt good. And if you need ra credit it might make sense to do clac at asu vs sl.
Or just contact your school and see how both asu calcs come in. If at least one of the asu comes in differently then sl calc you could do both asu and sl.
This last-minute course isn't for a degree requirement but a potential scholarship/grant I only found about today. I didn't realize it existed and that I almost qualify, outside of ONE RA 3 unit course so I'm scrambling to find one. I hoped it would be something easy to knock out in a week in either a manageable 20-hour workload or an intense 40 hour one. I was even allowing an extra week for studying even though I don't know how fast a transcript could be received after completion. I think
Calculus for Engineers is going to take me more than 40 hours.

Thanks for your response. I couldn't find a self-paced AND open enrollment option. ASU does come close with an Astronomy course. Even though I can't start it today, I could enroll for 5/26. But, it lasts 8-weeks and I need to be able to complete something in no more than two weeks. Also, even though the calculus course is self-paced it starts in AUGUST.
The self paced ASU courses start immediately, the dates listed are for instructor paced options. The only wait time is the ~48 hours to activate your account. College Algebra is based on completing 90% of the ALEKS material & a final exam, if that works for what you need, it's probably the fastest self paced option from them.

self-paced starts any day you want. The regular paced are the ones with dates. The only thing is it takes like 2 days to get your account activated.
