Greetings, all!
I'm just about to wrap up my BA in Social sciences, all I have left is a few FEMAs, and two tests. One of the tests (Rise/Fall of the Soviet Union) I'm going to schedule to take Monday morning, and due to scheduling restraints for the next few weeks, it would be really good if I could take my other test (a free elective) that day too. After taking Soviet Union I'll have about 4 hours of study time to brush up on the next test.
So, what tests can be taken with minimal study?
Some of the ones I've thought about are:
American Government
English Lit
Human/Cultural Geography
General Anthropology
But anything I can do in a few hours would be great!!!

My quick-study DSST fillers were Supervision, Business, and Tech Writing. Your Org Behavior study will come in handy for Supervision (the motivation stuff) and Business (org structures). If you've worked in an office environment, you can pass any of those with minimal study. CLEP Marketing has a rep for being a breeze, too.

Since you already took both American Lit, Humanities, and A&I, English Lit will probably be an easy 6 credits. Just brush up on some of the non-American writers who were not covered in the American Lit test, and you should be fine.
I am not sure if your school will allow you credits for both English Comp and Freshman Comp, but if they do, that is easy, as well.
Principals of Supervision I passed after taking ONE practice test through Peterson's. It is mostly common sense, though if you want to be sure of a passing score, a little studying will get you far.
Ethics in America is also a pretty easy test, especially if you studied some philosophy for Humanities. A good portion of the test is common sense, and the rest is just philosophers and their ideas and works.
PROGRESS: Last semester and accepted into a PhD program!

I agree that English Lit would be a good one, especially if you can comprehend what you read. That's basically what that one is all about.
Principles of Supervision is also super easy. I spent two hours studying for that test.
The Psychology tests are also pretty basic.
So... you have options. Good luck and God bless!

I would recommend either Here's to Your Health or Environment & Humanity. I found both to be fairly easy to study for and test on. If you have a basic understanding of environmental issues and you had earth science in school you should be good to go on Environment and Humanity. HTYH was fairly easy as well if you have has some biology and basic anatomy. Good luck!

Marianne,
You really think that having a Earth Science Class would be enough of a back ground to pass Enviroment and Humanity? Do they offer a practice test for that test?
Oh my, I just noticed you are at 200 posts!

Intro to Business is very easy. That'd be my advice.
So is Tech Writing.
Trouble with English Lit (unless you love the old classics and are familiar with them) is that you do need to spend a fair amount of time brushing up on the authors and some content. I'd opt for Intro to Business before that.

Allison,
I do think that as long as you have some awareness of the current environmental issues along with some basic sciences would be enough to pass the environment and humanity exam along with reviewing the IC flashcards and specific exam feedback of course! I don't think I spent more than 4-5 hours in total review for this exam. I'm no genius and actually never took earth science (I'm a biology buff, not into rocks) and I passed, so I think most anyone can with minimal study.
Yes, I'm now playing sober since I lost my beer can avatar! Besides you should never drink and ride!
