There are multiple options - CLEP, Saylor, Study.com, SL, TECEP, etc.

American Government or Comparative Politics will work.

I used study.com American Government because I had the scholarship. However, I initially looked the at the Saylor course. At just $25 and free textbooks it is a win-win. If you have a bit of background info you could even go straight to the test and see how you do without reading the entire online textbook. Otherwise there are lots of other options.
