Any help would be greatly appreciated

If by "testout" you include self-paced courses that you just have to take a few quizzes/exams that you can complete over the weekend (study.com, straighterline, etc), and not just exams that you complete in one sitting (CLEP, DSST, TECEP, etc), then yes, there are degrees that are completely test-outable and some that are almost test-outable but require a more traditional online course or two.
there are options all over the forum and the wiki site, spend a few days going over the information and let us know what specific questions you have

I should have been more specific. I appreciate the replies! Basically is it a site to see what test (clep) need to be taken for a specific degree or is it just piece together what i can? the degree choice does not matter to me because i plan to enroll in a masters degree.
