Most of you won't remember me because I took about 18 months off due to some 'life events'. But I am back and wanting to finish in a hurry. One question I need help with is that I started the info literacy through Penn Foster but never submitted the exam for a grade. Since I had paid for it, I wonder how I can go about reactivating that and getting that credit finalized. Does anyone have a name at PF that I could contact regarding that? Thanks - I hope this forum is still the helpful tool it was a few years back. It seems to be!

Welcome back, Johanna! I hope the rest of your degree goes quickly. How many credits do you have left to complete?

About 30-35. I am currently evaluating and putting together a plan for the final assault. Hopefully no more interruptions!

Welcome Back. I've only been part of this site for a little over a year but the folks here are the greatest and the support is invaluable.

Nice to have you back, Johanna. I had to request an extension from PF and they were really nice about it. If you explain your situation, hopefully they'd be willing to cut you some slack.
Here's what I did: Call the Business and Industrial dept of PF at 1-800-233-0259 and ask to speak to Mary-Beth, she'll help you. You might have to call a few times before you get a hold of her, but she's really nice and probably your best bet is speaking directly to her.
Hope it works out ok for you.
Best,
Kelly
