I Hate Prometric

A couple of times, I couldn't sign up for the Enrolled Agent exams online because, no matter which browser I used, Prometric's website would give me a message that I was using an unsupported browser. The last time I took the test, I had to sign up over the phone. One time, an exam score didn't make it to Central Texas College. When I contacted them about the problem, they said they would send it again, but CTC never received it. Recently, I had my score report sent to TESC. My evaluation didn't have the Business Ethics and Society DSST I took, so I asked TESC how come it wasn't included. They told me it wasn't on the score report. I called Prometric, and they said they would send it again making sure Business Ethics and Society was included. Since I've already received two evaluations (the first one was a waste, but that's a different story), I will have to wait until I enroll to see if TESC received the score for the exam.
