My daughter tried to test today and kept getting the try another credit card rejection notice. When I spoke to her, I pulled up her account and there is a pending charge from Prometric. She had to ride a bus across town to test and now has to try again on Monday. I have had a pretty bad experience with them overall. They can't seem to keep their computer system working properly and it takes them forever to send out their overpriced transcripts.

I had a bad experience when I took the Intro to Criminal Justice exam. It took 3 hours for the test administrators to get the test set up for me. It was so frustrating for the test center that they didn't charge me a proctor fee.

The folks on the Microsoft forums despise Prometric. It seems they are known for worthless computer systems. I guess you actually have to invest money in infrastructure for things to operate effectively.

Prometric had me wanting to rip my hair out today. I could not log on to schedule a test. I tried 3 different browsers, and the system kept on saying that I wasn't using an acceptable browser. After doing a little search, I saw that this has happened to at least one other person. Also, Prometric never sent my test score for the Human Resources Management DSST. It wasn't sent to the destination school originally, and it wasn't sent after they told me they would "resend" it.

I noticed that they have a message about working on their system Sunday night. I wouldn't be surprised if they are experience undisclosed problems.
