Human Resources Management or Organization Behavior DSST. Which one is easier??
#1
I need some feedback if you only used the flash cards recently and have passed either one of these. Thank you so much!

Human Resources was easier to me. It seemed like Org. Behavior had several concepts that were similar in wording, and I got them mixed up. However, if I would have studied a few more days, it would have probably been just as easy as Human Resources. It seems like there was some overlap in material for those two exams.

Thank you, I've been only studying ic prior to testing and it seems that there is a lack of material. I'm seeing questions that I have no idea what the answer is. What did you use to study for both exams? I took hrm today and failed, but I was extremely confident with my knowledge of the flash cards. It's pretty upsetting to put all this work in with this sites flash cards and not see a return from it.

Sorry that you failed. I used IC and read the specific exam section of this forum. Was this your first DSST? For myself,it seems like there's a lot of "deducing" when it comes to taking DSST tests. Or there will be times where I'm dealing with a coin flip...I narrow my choices to 2, and I just have to pick one. I generally will study at least 4 weeks per exam for about an hour a day...roughly. My suggestion is to read the specific exam section of this forum and read the notes that some people post. Some people actually take a Peterson's practice test prior to the exam.

Don't give up...just wait the required period of time and retake it.

I scored the same on both of them with my only study resource being the Specific Exam Feedback and the study guides posted there. I solely focused on that section for most of my tests and it hasn't failed me yet. I think I only used the flashcards for Business Law and US History
