May I ask you who did you contact to request your badges?
I had a chat session with them and was disappointed with their answer.
They told me they don't have anything to do with Acclaim and that Acclaim "may be using ALEKS illegally".
What???
I just used a general email and the courses showed up. I told them the courses and when I took them. Maybe I'm lucky.
I used the email support-admin@aleks.com
If anyone wants to write a case study in business incompetence, this transition would be a classic.
I sent an email to support-admin@aleks.com like you did.
They asked me to fill out a pdf form with the courses I had completed.
Once I sent it back I was issued my badges.
Thank you so much for the advice.

What about use who did the institutes back in 2018? Is there any way to get credit for it? Especially considering the fact that I had in on ACE all this time.
Annoyed at myself for never sending my ACE to TESU. I read a post somewhere awhile back saying just wait since you don't want to pay multiple times.

Nope, out of luck, unfortunately. That post must've been a loooong time ago because I think advice has generally shifted to sending in your transcript on a semi-regular basis as a result of Shmoop going away.

Yeah probably. I just got lazy and I wasn't sure what I was doing. I added all my credits to ACE transcript so they are all there on ACE (old style). I just never sent them to TESU or any school for that matter.
So are you saying that there is no possible way to get the institute's credit on an ACE transcript again even though I earned it already and it was on the old transcript? That doesn't seem fair.

Thank you for the Aleks email! I contacted them now.
I am really liking the Acclaim Transcript system. Much better then ACE's, once you have your badges!

That's the way it seems, yeah. I think it was dfrecore who emailed The Institutes but I may be misremembering who it was. If you specifically need ethics, the best choices, as far as price goes, now appear to be either Sophia's Intro to Ethics (which isn't easy) or InstantCert's Business Ethics. SDC's Philosophy 103: Ethics - Theory & Practice might be the easiest for some people.

The American Council on Education has 43 board members and executive. I bet most of them have no idea how badly this transition was administered. Perhaps they need emails.

I very much dislike the Acclaim system. The badges look very disorganized and cluttered and there's no way to see on your dashboard when you actually earned a given badge. I do like that you can at least sort by name or supposed earn-date but I would still prefer to have the old system back.

I agree, it's cluttered. There's no way to change it to list view, so it's going to get very cumbersome for a lot of people. As for seeing the date when you passed, it's on there at the top when you click on each individual course, and it's on the transcript (I sent one to myself).
For the transcript, it's a hot mess. For instance, I have 3 courses from ALEKS. They all have an ACE/ALEKS badge, and then a generic ACE badge. Why does each course need 2 badges?? Get rid of the generic one when you have a non-generic one. Then consolidate the info so that it's not so big. I only have 6 courses on there so far, and the transcript is 3 pages long. You should definitely be able to fit more than 2 courses on a page. How about 1 badge for each provider only, and then you can get each course for that provider underneath. Then 1 page per provider maybe? And do the badges need to be so large? They could make them MUCH smaller and still get the job done.
I just don't love this system, it's cumbersome, it's cluttered, it does not look professional.

lol. Sophia accidently added one badge twice and my university gave me 3 to fulfill the requirement + 3 as an elective
