It would be convenient, but each school's transcripts look completely different - I've seen a LOT, many from a couple of different transcript processors, and there is no consistency. It would be hard to do unless all of the schools using the service agreed to make their transcripts the same.
They wouldn't have to make their transcripts look the same, they would just have to keep the data in a database that follows whatever protocol set up by NCH. Think about how Study.com transcripts look different from SL transcripts - but they can both be compiled by ACE.
Transcripts from the individual schools could be different, as long as the data also existed in the NCH database.

Truth be told it's embarrassing. It's also $$$. Not a goal to go after.

Too many! I wish there was a central system they could be put into and sent out from.
Schenectady County Community College
Hudson Valley Community College
Herkimer County Community College
The Sage Colleges
Colorado State University
Augusta Technical College
And I am currently enrolled at Excelsior and CSU so there will be more. I am taking classes with Sophia right now and will be taking some through StraighterLine and SDC so even more transcripts...UGH These babies get expensive too! After my 2 bachelor's degrees, I am off to grad school and hopefully the end once I complete my MSED, EdS, and ED.

I couldn't count them all. It has to be at least 10 but after you get your first degree it doesn't matter so much. then it just becomes about what new credit you have
