I am slated to graduate in March with a BA in Psychology from TESC and according to my academic evaluation through the OSS portal I have met all the degree requirements. I applied for graduation December 27th, 2013 and received the acknowledgment via email January 13th, 2014. Does anyone know approximately how long it takes to receive the certified letter after the request for graduation has been acknowledged by TESC?

It probably varies for everyone, but I applied around September 23rd for the October 1st deadline and did not receive the certified letter until around November 18th, so it seemed like forever. I do think there is a chance it takes longer to get the certified letter for the December graduation because their is a natural incentive for people to try and get their degree in their hands before the end of the year but that just an educated guess on my part.

I too applied for March graduation, also with a BA in psychology. My receipt of graduation letter was acknowledged on December 24th. After an issue with a ECE/UEXCEL test, my academic evaluation was last reviewed on January 8th. I've yet to receive my letter, but I will post as soon as I do!

When I received my A.A. in September, I had my graduation form in by July 1st. They didn't send me the letter of graduation until the end of August. I was told that it takes them about six weeks to comb through all the graduation requests, compare the transcripts and certify them, and finally present them to the monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees.
I am also waiting on my B.A. in History for March. I don't expect the official letter to come until mid February.

As I mentioned, I too am waiting for confirmation. I spoke with someone in the graduation office today and was told I still hadn't been audited for graduation. He anticipated that happening within the next couple weeks. I was concerned because my 30 day grace period for enrollment ends this week. He said not to worry, I should still be on track for March graduation....so I guess that's good news?

I received the confirmation email 1/17/14 for graduation in March and I'm still waiting for the papers. I know we had about 4 state of emergencys in NJ where the college was closed so I know that slowed down some things. I'm assuming the max wait would be in early march since that is when I officially would graduate?

I finally received confirmation via email from the office of the registrar on a ticket I submitted that I have been certified for graduation and my diploma, student transcripts and letters of certification will go out by mail next week. I was hoping I'd get the letters of certification much sooner - i.e. within a week after certification (Feb 28th) as stated in the graduation application. But I will be content with the email response.
