Yes, this is a great feature! The only kicker is that downgrading doesn't happen until the start of the new billing period, if I recall.

So do you get a prorated refund or are you just paying extra money?

I'm assuming there's no refund if you've already used up the two exams.

It’s more a matter of time. Once you start the month of College Accelerator you have 30 days to take the 2 exams. If you finish early and aren’t taking additional exams you can switch to Premium Account. If you switch before your 30 days you’ll get a “credit” on the new month’s cost. So not a refund as in getting money back.

This is still not a bad deal. Thanks!

So I'm updating this info: You no longer get prorated if you switch early. You can switch back to the cheaper plan but it will only do that on your established subscription date.

the best reasons to use Study.com are 1) it has an app, and 2) any material you complete in one course fills in the same material in all other courses offered by them
those two things right there make Study.com far and away the best choice for people who are trying to power through a degree as fast as possible.

Agreed, those two factors are huge advantages. I really liked being able to knock out a quiz or two on my lunch break or while waiting in line somewhere. Whenever I had short driving trips I would play a video and listen during the trip, then take the quiz as soon as I parked. It was super helpful for making progress.
I used the College Accelerator plan for the courses I needed, and then I downgraded to the cheaper plan so I could study for (and pass) a certification in my field, and I'm using it to study for a TECEP I'll be taking.
