I am studying for the Western Civilization 1 CLEP. In the past I have taken US History 1, US Government, and Macroeconomics, in that order and passed first time on each. How hard is the Western Civ CLEP when compared to these? And how hard, in general, would you say this CLEP is?
Thank so much!

I have not taken it, however a friend here that runs a high school co-op just let me know that EVERY one in their club didn't pass the Civ 1 exam. I didn't dissect their curriculum very deeply, but they used Notgrass and FreeCLEPPrep website - so clearly that's not a good resource in this case. I would suggest using InstantCert + REA guide + Peterson's exams if you study for it.

Great!

I am supposed to take it on Saturday. Boo hoo!
REA has been a good resource, I think, as well as Collins College Outlines. I will post after I take the test. Hopefully.......
