After some weeks in this forum learning about the US college system, im wondering now... may someone just open a University/College as business in the US? It request big amount of money??

The short answer is yes. It is why proper accreditation is very important when choosing a school. The Big 3 all have the highest legitimate form of accreditation (RA = Regionally accredited); https://www.chea.org/regional-accrediting-organizations

I think it takes a minimum of 3 years to get accreditation. And you'd probably need faculty with masters degrees from RA schools.

Depends on what you mean by university. If you start a business called Cecilgambe7 University LLC and offer an ACE class or two maybe not that much.
