I'd like to get a BA in History from TESC, mostly through tests, possibly supplemented by distance learning and portfolios, in 2 years or less. That's my tentative goal anyway, but it might not be possible. Has anyone else done this? Any tips or suggestions?
My strong points are definitely English and Literature, so I'm hoping to take the Analyzing and Interpreting Lit. CLEP and the English Comp with Essay CLEP in the next week or two.
There is at least one person on here that has done a BA in history in 18 months completely by testing out. I'm not sure if she's still on the forum...
I would definitely get started on those CLEPs. If no one else posts their degree path I can track one down for ya. :coolgleam:

Here's a rough draft of degree plan I drew up when I was considering history as a major at TESC. I don't know for sure if this would meet all of their requirements, but it might help to give you an idea of how it could be done.
