Helloo so Iam currently planning on taking 3 CLEP exams by the end of this summer which are:
History 1
intro to management
intro to educational psych
I decided to start studying for History since I hate it so much lool and I really want to get it over with. I plan on taking it in two weeks and was wondering about how hard it is. I am really motivated to start studying but I dont know where to start! I am reading the forums and some are saying that they only used the IC flashcards and other people are saying that its not enough and there are other resources needed. Help pleasee!
I also want to know about how difficult the other two exams I plan on taking are so I know how much time I should put on them but for now i neeed some help on the history exam.
I would really appreciate your help as sooooon as possible!!
Thank you!,
Lulu

Get the REA US History CLEP book. You can find it on amazon just use the search. Your local library and bookstore will probably have it too.
Don't rely on the flashcards. Thats my opinion based on my experience.

I second what ryoder said. Don't rely just on the flashcards. You need something, in my opinion, to put it all in order for you in your mind. Unless you like just finished a US History course. There are some great video links in the Specific Exam Feedback section. I know one off the top of my head is hippocampus. Also, try to find practice tests. If you get the REA book it should come with some. Be sure to read all the great info in the feedback section. Sorry I can't answer your question about REA, but I didn't use it for this test. Hope this helps some!

If your not into history then don't rely on the flashcards because history is a story and you need a timeline in your head to pin info to. Get a book.
