Wow, a $200 million evaluation! I guess they weren't satisfied with 20% of Credly, they had to buy them out!
"The purchase price for Credly, including Pearson’s existing stake, represents a total value of $200m, which will be funded from Pearson’s existing cash and available liquidity."

I guess it's a good thing that you can get a transcript from Sophia through Parchment. Hopefully other ACE providers offer the same.
